Georgia Prayer March
We are so excited that you are joining us for today's Georgia Prayer March at the Georgia Statehouse in Atlanta, GA, January 2, 2021.
FOR THOSE ATTENDING IN PERSON:
Please plan to arrive around 10:30 AM to give you time to park and to come to the Capitol Building. Meet at the Liberty Bell near the Capitol building.
At 11:00 AM we will hand out hardcopies of the information and instructions regarding the march, including a conference call number to call into at a set time because that is our only way to communicate with the crowd.
At approximately 11:20 AM the official shofar will sound, and we ask that all persons dial into the conference call number that has been provided for you on the sheet of paper that was handed when you arrived. We will do a second one at approximately 11:45 AM with more updates.
At 12 noon we will begin to process our first of seven times around the State House building. Please go to www.GeorgiaPrayerMarch.org and see the instructions under the section "About the March."These are extremely important.
Weather Update: The forecast calls for rain. Our plan at this time is to march whether it's rain or shine. Obviously umbrellas are recommended along with raincoats. If it is raining severely hard we will need to likely shorten the march.
